Ignore comments below regarding duplicate symbol

I have just downloaded the pattern and I can see that yes there is a duplicate symbol for DMC3761 in the key BUT I checked the pattern and the second symbol it is not used so you can ignore the previous negative comments regarding the duplicate.

I just used 10 points to purchase this chart. I see someone posted way back in May of 09 RE: the duplicate symbol number(dmc)3761 had been addressed. She also stated she had not heard back. When I downloaded it I assumed it had to be surely fixed by now. I print the chart and color key. Is the problem fixed. NO! I am very dissapointed as I wanted to stitch this ASAP for a friends birthday. The only way I see to contact you people is by clicking on the contact us link. I did fill out that form and informed you all AGAIN. What does it take to get good service anymore. It's not like I got it for free! We shall see what kind of response I get. Just wanted to relay that my expierence with this website has been negative so far.

At least you got the pattern in the picture JaneK. I downloaded this today (June/09) and got a totally different 'view of the ocean' LOL. It's a nice view but I wonder where this one has gone?

I have found that there are two symbols in this chart that have the same colour number allocation.It is DMC 3761. which symbol does it belong to and what is the other meant to be? I paid 10 points for this pattern and cant use it I also emailed asking for this info and have not heard back.
