I just posted a comment and it didn't show up, so I hope I'm not duplicating. I just want to say that I'm able to get my free patterns again,too. I hope you can all get back points that you wasted, and also that we can get patterns that we missed. An e mail would have been an easy way to explain the problem and make people feel better about the site.

I am delighted that I can download the patterns again without points. I'm sure there was a technical problem, and since it started just before the weekend, the delay in fixing it is understandable. However, since we get advertising e mails regularly, they could have written to explain what was wrong. I do hope we'll be able to get the pattern(s) we missed during the problem.

I have finally managed to down load free. I do hope that the people who run this site listen to the feedback that has been posted here, its a nice site but the technical problems and lack of any response is very off-putting.Like a lot of people I wont pay for patterns until I can see that the site is running properly.

The folks that have this site have lives just like the rest of us. They will contact everyone back that has e-mailed just give them a chance. I hvae had no problems downloading and printing any of the patterns. If you would like me to e-mail some to you my e-mail address is wildtimberwolf97@yahoo.com. The work that these people do for us for free needs to be commended not criticized.

I think there's an error at this website these days as I could not download the said "free patterns" about 2 days ago. Anyway, finally I could download them by this afternoon.Probably, the error has been settled. Thank you.
