i have lost my points on at least 2 occassions i have tried to download the waters edge first when it was on free download and twice using my points of all these attems i have used at least 20 points with no pattern being downloaded only the small picture can you tell me where i am going wrong and is it possible to get my points back

I am so sorry that so many of you are computer challenged in that you couldn't figure out how to get your points. It's user error! I have received my 20 points and downloaded the free cross stitches. All I can say is try again. Good Luck!

People are arguing about free patterns and i'm preoccupied with my missing points! Can i know where they have gone! I added the site to my favorites, and i didn't have 10 points, or i have it for 5 minutes and i sent it for friend, also i didn't have any point

In my particular file, I've a little collection houses, that I've make beautiful pictures. So I'm glad to take out this patterns. Thank you very much.

I signed up & paid for a subscription and still didn't have any points to get patterns. Not very nice.

The only catch is you have to READ how to earn your points to use them for your downloads. The only FREE downloads are the ones that say FREE DOWNLOADS under the picture, otherwise you earn and spend your points to get them. I did everything and had cooperation from my email friends to do all that had to be done to earn my points and WALAHHHHHHH... I had cross stitch patterns in my hand right off my printer!!!!

I agree with the other comments. I was so excited to download some of these patterns, when I confirmed my e-mail address it supposedly gave me 20 free points and guess what? It’s a BIG LIE!!! No points and no free download what a disappointment.

I think that you have shame when you say free patterns and it's a lie...where is the points that you promisse when we sign up? It's a criminal act to fool other people...I will report this site!!!

I fully agree with the other comments posted here.You advertise FREE downloads of up to 5 of the previous patterns of the day.We then try to download and are told that we have to either pay or EARN points to exchange for the downloads.This is noit therefore a free item.I shall be warning all my crafting friends on all the craft sites on the web that you mislead people.

i think that it is wrong you advertis free patterens then later ake for money the pattens are not free so dont say thay are be upfrount and tell people there is a fee
