I have tried a few times to down load a picture and each time it says I need 10 points and that I have none and yet on the e/mail confirming my subscription it states that I have 20 so I will not use this site again

I tried and tried every way I could to get this site to work for me as it states it should. Big problem with program........or straight out rip off...either way it's a pain in my butt I don't intend to ever try to deal with again.

I have joined,recieved points and downloaded the free and pointed patterns with no problem at all. What i would like to know is.... when printed out, some of the squares are so tiny you cannot make out the symbols, can someone tell me how to enlarge them PLEASE. I'd love to do the coliseum.

I signed up, got friends to check this web-site out, and I posted this link to my facebook page. I have NEVER received any points at all! Have I gotten a response from the &%^$#@* that run this site or my points? NO! I started with "0" points and I am finishing with "0" points. i agree with those who say its wrong to advertise free patterns when they are not actually free.i have tried and received points but hope as the comments stated i will not be given a bill to pay. Despite this, u guys have displayed some unique patterns that i have never encountered and wish to be a contributing member of this club.What happens when all the points earned are exhausted? For the momenti have downloaded one chart ane will see how things go from here on.

I have not been a member of this site very long, but already have 42 FREE downloaded patterns of the day. I would not normally get involved in this kind of debate, but this really is one of the best cross stitch sites i have found on the internet. The people who are complaining really are reading the information and instructions wrong.

I think it's rather rude of the people who have written 'learn to read the instructions' etc, especially when their written english is crap. I have done everything it said and have not received points either. I think this site is crap and am cancelling now...

hey guys ....the same happened 2 me when i subscribe and i didnt get any points...i didnt get them just because they sent me the point not 2 my inbox in my mail...they sent them 2 me to the Drafts at my mail on the hotmail.....and 2 the spam at yahoo messenger.....but they dont stay there a lot if u dont get your point from there they delet the msg after a short time....also every day they put a free pattern...i always download 4 free...so they dont lie

i have lost my points on at least 2 occassions i have tried to download the waters edge first when it was on free download and twice using my points of all these attems i have used at least 20 points with no pattern being downloaded only the small picture can you tell me where i am going wrong and is it possible to get my points back

I am so sorry that so many of you are computer challenged in that you couldn't figure out how to get your points. It's user error! I have received my 20 points and downloaded the free cross stitches. All I can say is try again. Good Luck!

People are arguing about free patterns and i'm preoccupied with my missing points! Can i know where they have gone! I added the site to my favorites, and i didn't have 10 points, or i have it for 5 minutes and i sent it for friend, also i didn't have any point

The only catch is you have to READ how to earn your points to use them for your downloads. The only FREE downloads are the ones that say FREE DOWNLOADS under the picture, otherwise you earn and spend your points to get them. I did everything and had cooperation from my email friends to do all that had to be done to earn my points and WALAHHHHHHH... I had cross stitch patterns in my hand right off my printer!!!!

I fully agree with the other comments posted here.You advertise FREE downloads of up to 5 of the previous patterns of the day.We then try to download and are told that we have to either pay or EARN points to exchange for the downloads.This is noit therefore a free item.I shall be warning all my crafting friends on all the craft sites on the web that you mislead people.
