There are plenty of other sites with free patterns all over the web. If you don't give your full name and/or credit card number out -- and I don't -- they don't have any way of charging you. Simple as that...no need to get so angry. Me personally, I'm patient enough to wait for the free patterns of the day. Costs me nothing but time.

I signed up, got friends to check this web-site out, and I posted this link to my facebook page. I have NEVER received any points at all! Have I gotten a response from the &%^$#@* that run this site or my points? Three e-mail enquiries and a big fat NO on both! I started with "0" points and I am finishing with "0" points. Screw this web-site and the $^%#@& that got me interested. If this is a business (and some of these patterns do actually cost money) and they are making a living off others then they don't have a huge enough life to ignore as many people as they do, Ms.HOPE826!

The folks that have this site have lives just like the rest of us. They will contact everyone back that has e-mailed just give them a chance. I hvae had no problems downloading and printing any of the patterns. If you would like me to e-mail some to you my e-mail address is wildtimberwolf97@yahoo.com. The work that these people do for us for free needs to be commended not criticized.

I think there's some error at this website these days as I could not download the said "free patterns" about 2 days ago. Anyway, finally, I could download them by this afternoon. Thank you.

I noticed when ever I logged in I had 10-20 points missing at a time, and now I have no points and an unable to download the free patterns. I have tried emialing over a week ago - still no response!

daily download cost me my last 10 points. lets see if they finally get this site running properly again. i emailed them direct, lets see if i get a response. if not i guess this site will be deleted from my favorites list

I can,t download the "FREE patterns" anymore unlass I have points, that is outside the agreement I think, what has gone wrong? Ans as I see,there are more women which have the same problem, I feel a little disappointed. Flonkertje

You can't get to Your Information any more either. Why on earth the people who run this think this will make anyone pay to use the site is beyond me. If you can't get the basic things right who on earth is going to pay for anything else.

Try sending them an e mail at Sophia@cross-stitchers-club.com That's the address they use to send all the requests to subscribe. Maybe they'll check their e mail more often than they do their messages here. If they get enough mail, maybe they'll at least answer us.

Ok, at least now I see it's NOT only me!!! I have this website set up as my Homepage, so the first thing I do when I go online is download my free pattern... as of yesterday - - NO CAN DO!!! I hope the "glitch" is addressed and corrected soon.

Please stop releasing patterns as free if we can't get the ones from days before. Fix your site issues and THEN allow patterns for free download.
