I became a "premium member" what a waste of money. The "premium sites" that I got access to are just an extension of this site with all the same patterns. One of the premium sites isn't even on the web anymore. I too never got any reply to e-mails so don't bother. They better not try charging my credit card again when my month runs out.

me and my friends need loads of cross stitch patterns we are disabled and make cross stitch stuff for disabled children one of our friends works with disabled chilren and they love the feel and colours of cross stitch stuff we need anything to do with the sea and sea life im the only one with a computer how can i get more points thank you very much

I too, have done the requirements for extra points and never received them. I can not access the info to subscribing. Do not know what advanatages there are in subscribing. I can't subscribe to something that am already having a problem with. Communtication is the key. Apparently most people are not getting responses from their questions or comments. Would be nice to have our questions asked.

This is as good as any place to state my comments. I have tried numerous times to contact the people that run this site and never received any reply. I made this site my homepage and never received my ten points as stated in the requirements. Seeing other similar comments here and other spots on this site, I expect that is the current way they operate, never answering their customers. Too bad. They lost my confidence.

I signed up, got friends to check this web-site out, and I posted this link to my facebook page. I have NEVER received any points at all! Have I gotten a response from the &%^$#@* that run this site or my points? Three e-mail enquiries and a big fat NO on both! I started with "0" points and I am finishing with "0" points. Screw this web-site and the $^%#@& that got me interested.

I like the finished project well enuf, but I don't know if I'd enjoy doing all the detailed backstitching... looks like it's kinda tedious. Otherwise, great pattern! :-)

I have tried to get in touch through "contact us" but had no reply. It was about a download that gave the wrong colour chart and as far as I know it is still wrong but I daren't check because it would cost me 10 points. I love the designs, have downloaded many of them with no problem and have uploaded my results, just wish there was contact!!

Sorry to cross post, but has anyone ever had a reply from the people who run this site? I love the patterns and think the sites great but I put this page as my favourites/home page and never got the allocated points. I have emailed the site owners loads of times but never got a reply. I think its a french site but emailed in English. Sorry again for asking here but I dont know how else to make any contact with anyone.
